Tune Tornado takes your privacy seriously. We understand and share your concern about how information about you is collected, used and shared. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to let you know our policy regarding information that is collected on our website located at www.tunetornado.com (the "Service"), and through your use of the Service. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Tune Tornado Terms of Service.
Information That You Provide Which is Covered by the Privacy Policy
Personal Identifiable Information
We collect personally identifiable information (“PII”), such as your name, zip code and email address when you voluntarily choose to register for use of the Service and when you contact us with comments or inquiries. If you purchase music through the Service, or in order to qualify for Rewards, we will also collect PII about the songs you purchase, the price you pay, and the date and time of purchase. Also, if you make Referrals through the Service, we will collect PII about the songs you refer, the email addresses you refer them to, and the amount and source of Rewards that you earn. If you receive Rewards, we may also collect your address and if necessary, tax identification information.
We never request or store your credit card or bank information.
Passively Collected Information
When you interact with the Service, we receive and store certain additional personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Examples include IP addresses, browser types, referring sites, date & time of access, and other anonymous statistical data involving your use of the Service.
Cookies
In operating the Service, we may use a technology called "cookies”. A cookie is a piece of information that the Service gives to your computer when you access the Service. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Service and help us analyze Service usage more accurately.

- to determine your eligibility for Rewards;
- to inform Members who have made Referrals to you regarding whether or not they have earned a Reward;
- to inform Members if you are a top earner of Rewards;
- to fulfill your requests, such as a request to receive Rewards that you have earned;
- to better understand user behavior and to improve our Service; and
- to contact you about your membership or with marketing messages we believe may be of interest to you
If we intend on using any PII in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the PII is collected.
Use of Personally Non-Identifiable Information
We may use personally non-identifiable information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the number of fans of a particular artist or song in a given zip code, the total number of users of the Service, the number of users of each page of the Service, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. No PII is available or used in this process.
Sharing Personally Identifiable Information
We are not in the business of selling PII. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share PII with certain third parties without additional notice to you, including those set forth below:

We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Your Choices

Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. We will not accept membership requests from, or allow persons under the age of 13 to use the Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide PII on the Internet without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided PII to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete such information from our databases.

It does not apply to information collected by third party websites or products or services that may be linked to by the Service. It is the sole responsibility of such third parties to adhere to any applicable restrictions on the disclosure of your PII, and we are not liable for wrongful use of such information by any third party.
